Continue straight on 421 North through downtown Boone.

Go 6 miles to Hwy 321. Turn left.
Landmark: Skateworld on left

Go 1 mile to Old US 421. Turn right.
Landmark: Cove Creek Store on right

Go .5 mile to Dale Adams Road. Turn left.You will see Cove Creek, a large old stone school building and a playground on your left just before this turn.

JTS is located in the right half of the large stone building. Please enter through the large class doors closest to the parking lot. The clinic is downstairs. Handicapped individuals may use the handicapped ramp at the end of the new addition.

One mile into Boone, turn left at hwy 105 south.
Landmark: Blue Ridge Bedrooms on the left

Go 1 mile to hwy 321. Most hotels and restaurants are near this intersection either on 321 or 105.
